Hi, I’m Kayla Jardine, a REALTOR® with Royal LePage in Niagara, dedicated to helping you find your perfect home or sell your current one with ease. With 13+ years in corporate account management, and customer service, and over three years specializing in real estate, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. I’ve completed advanced real estate training, attended top industry conferences, and am currently mentored by one of Niagara’s best agents.

I specialize in first-time homebuyers, expanding families, and downsizers, with a focus on Welland, Fonthill, and the surrounding areas. I’m passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making the process seamless and enjoyable for my clients.

I moved to Niagara from Toronto because I fell in love with the community’s entrepreneurial spirit and close-knit vibe. It’s the perfect place to raise my family, and I value the inclusivity and safety the area provides. Having relocated myself, I’ve gained deep insights into the region and its unique neighborhoods. My wife, a lifelong local who is fully bilingual, has also shared her knowledge of the area’s diverse communities, adding to my expertise.

My approach is all about building relationships. I’m responsive, approachable, and a strong communicator, making sure you’re informed and supported every step of the way. My clients often become good friends, and I go the extra mile with pop-bys, thoughtful anniversary gifts, and handwritten notes to show you’re always top of mind.

When I’m not working, I love playing hockey and softball in local leagues, exploring Niagara’s food and brewery scene, or spending time with my pup, Bailey, at the dog park. I also volunteer with Birchway Niagara and the Niagara SPCA, supporting causes close to my heart.
